In full compliance with current legislation, the reservation is subject to acceptance of the conditions summarized below:
In the rooms it is forbidden to use irons, stoves and electrical appliances with visible resistance, for heating or lighting, the use of stoves or food warmers not supplied with the room. Get to know the location of the fire-fighting equipment present in the structure (fire extinguishers, hydrants, etc.)
In the event of a fire, exit the room by closing the door well and go to the collection points located near the entrance, the emergency exits and the bathhouse.
Guest access to the rooms is allowed only after registering at the reception, in compliance with the Public Safety regulations.
The rooms can only be assigned to adults.
Children and under 18s must be accompanied by their parents. When a minor travels with another adult, a written authorization from the parents is required together with a copy of an identity document, to be shown at the reception during check-in.
Guests are required to behave in accordance with civil coexistence; no particular clothing is required, as long as the elementary rules of good education and public decency are respected.
Particularly in the hours of rest, attention is required to avoid annoying noises of any kind and everyone can enjoy the best of relaxation and tranquility. Pets are not allowed.
Guests are required to make proper use of the premises, furnishings and accessories; any damage and / or shortages will be charged at cost. A deposit in cash may be required, which will be returned upon departure, after checking the room / accommodation unit used.
In the absence of a deposit, the Customer authorizes the debit of the amount due for damage and / or shortages on the credit card used to pay for the stay.
The processing of personal data released in compliance with the obligation established by art. 109 of the R.D. 18.6.1931 n. 773 (TULPS) which requires us to register and communicate to the local public security authority the details of the customers housed and in compliance with current accounting and tax obligations, is based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, protecting confidentiality and rights of our guests. Pursuant to art. 13 of the Privacy Code, we inform you that the processing of your personal data will also be carried out by computer for the sole purpose of executing this contract.

It is not our policy to send paper material of any kind to guests’ homes (greeting cards, price lists, brochures, etc.), unless specifically requested. Albergo Belvedere periodically sends non-nominative generic offers to the e-mail box communicated to us by the customer; those who do not wish to receive them can notify us by sending an email to [email protected] with the words “unsubscribe from the newsletter”. The email addresses held by Hotel La Caletta will in no case be disclosed or transferred to third parties.
RESERVATIONS Confirmation deposit:
Reservations are valid only if confirmed at Albergo Belvedere and, if requested, must be guaranteed with a deposit of 30% of the amount foreseen for the stay (minimum amount equivalent to the first night).

Right of withdrawal without penalty:
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date without paying any penalty and the Structure returns the deposit received.
The withdrawal must be communicated within this period Albergo Belvedere by fax or email.
In case of cancellation of the reservation for which a confirmation deposit has been paid, Albergo Belvedere reserves the right to withhold the deposit, in the following percentages:
Insurance against cancellation penalties:
It is possible, and indeed advisable, to take out insurance against the costs arising from the cancellation of the room reservation at the time of booking.
The insurance runs from the date of crediting of the deposit and premium until the date and time of the expected arrival at the Belvedere Hotel; if not specified, the time of arrival is 3.00 pm.
The insurance is valid only if stipulated at the same time as the booking and fully covers the penalty charged to the customer for any cancellation of reservations for stays of at least 7 nights. The insurance coverage relates to the room booked and not to the number of occupants. The insurance premium is not insured and non-refundable. The insurance premium amounts to 5% of the amount of the stay.

Non-fulfillment of the Structure:
In case of impossibility to provide the confirmed accommodation services, if the customer does not agree to be relocated to a neighboring Accommodation of the same or higher category, the Structure must return double the deposit received. In the event of relocation, the costs for the transfer to another Structure and any price difference thereof are borne by the Belvedere Hotel.
Time of arrival and departure:
The rooms are delivered from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11.00 am on the day of departure. If the availability of the room / housing unit is requested and agreed before the scheduled time on the day of arrival or after the scheduled time on the day of departure, the Structure may request an additional payment.
Balance of stay:
The balance of the stay is made upon departure, in cash (for a maximum amount of Euro 2,999.99), by credit card or debit card.
Any extras or charges due for any reason will be paid on departure as well. In the absence of a deposit, the Customer authorizes the debit of the amount due to the credit card used to pay for the stay.
If the customer anticipates the departure date, no refund will be given for the unused period.
The relationship is governed by legal regulations and by customs in hotels, residences and RTAs in the Province of Grosseto.
Any dispute concerning this contract or connected to it – including those relating to its interpretation, validity, execution, and resolution – will be submitted to conciliation according to the procedure provided for by the Statute / Regulations of the Arbitration and Conciliation Chamber of Grosseto. The conciliation will be conducted by an independent conciliator appointed in accordance with the aforementioned Statute and Regulations. The parties undertake to resort to conciliation before starting any judicial or arbitration procedure, regardless of the value of the dispute.
By making the reservation, the Customer fully accepts the Hotel Belvedere policy as described above.
